Account Manager - Permanent
Haverhill - £35,000 pa
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Our client is recruiting for an Account Manager within a technical manufacturing environment. You must have the ability and experience to understand working drawings. You will be working in a dynamic environment as part of a team and reporting to the Director. This role is central to the effective management of the company's operation and the ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and on their own initiative. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a solid background in a technical working environment and client account management. Ideally, you'll have experience working in retail manufacturing, furniture making, or hotel fit-out. It's a key role in the business and career progression within the group of companies for the right person.
Duties of the Account Manager
- Project Management
- Account Management
- Reading drawings
- Assisting customers with queries and resolving them.
Skills of an Account Manager
- Customer service
- Must have a professional attitude and presentation
- Customer-facing experience in a Construction or Manufacturing background, preferably the latter.
- 5 years experience of managing accounts
- Strong Office and Organizational skills.
- Can demonstrate Commercial Awareness.
