This is a good opportunity for someone with a little technical knowledge to join this organization as their Services Delivery Co-Ordinator. Our client is an established provider of class-leading solutions to major organisations in fast-moving industries in the UK. There will be working 1 weekend in 5 from home and a payment for every weekend worked.
Service Delivery Co-Ordinator Duties

Ensure incoming calls are acknowledged and processed accurately and efficiently, within customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Ensure engineers (Mon to Fri) are utilised in the most productive manner.

Prioritise calls and ensures in the event of the call not being resolved, the call is passed to the appropriate department for further action.

Use effective call control (negotiation, persuasion, and empathy) to keep escalations to a minimum.

Promote and be instrumental in looking at continuous improvements both from a customer and business perspective.
To be effective as a Technical Service Co-ordinator you will need the following:
